Chapter 1320

Pandemonium ensued at the door again. “Raul Delgado’s passed out!”
The doctor rushed over, muttering, “He was scared stiff. I’ll whip up some medicine for him.”
Before he could finish, Hannah was already there. “No need. A little acupuncture and he’ll be back in the game.”
Before they could blink, Hannah popped a few needles into Raul’s head.
With a twist or two, he snapped right out of it!
Once Raul was up, Hannah stashed the needles and made a swift exit.
“Hey, hold up!” The doctor hailed Hannah. “Do you know about the Phantom Healer? You’re using her techniques. She’s supposedly from Cadilind too. Are you one of her apprentices?”
Darn it!
It seemed that this man really knew who she was!
Hannah kept her cool, shaking her head. “I’ve never heard of her. I used to teach at the Uni. Anyone who learns medicine can pull off these moves.”
“But not everyone can do it like you just did,” the doctor insisted.
“Eh, it’s no biggie. If you’re good at acupuncture in school, this stuff’s a piece of cake.”
The doctor nodded. “Yeah, the Phantom Healer’s long retired. You’re still young, probably haven’t crossed paths with her.”

Once they were clear, Hannah joined them downstairs, eager to get the scoop on what had gone down.
“Hey, did you guys catch what went down just now?”
Trent shook his head. “We were all chilling in the room. We bolted out as soon as we heard that gunshot. Then chaos erupted. Folks were saying the shooter skedaddled. We even joined the hunt, but no luck.
So, we bounced back. Then we heard you were upstairs. We got worried sick, so we hoofed it up there.”
Hannah knew it wasn’t that straightforward. On the surface, it seemed like Bagot was the target.
Thing was, among the top dogs, Bagot was the least flashy. She couldn’t wrap her head around why he had been involved in the accident.
Now he was hospital-bound, in a coma. Nobody had a clue about what had really gone down.
Mulling it over, Hannah headed downstairs and spotted Remington chatting away in the distance.
A lightbulb went off in her mind, There were cameras in every nook of the villa. Remington could be watching from anywhere.
Just as she was about to snoop, Elsa and her posse swooped in. “Hold it”
